In the last post, I reminded myself to speak more slowly，since I tend to talk too fast。One reason is my strong urge to express myself。

Stay calm，don’t get carried away —— it’s really not a big deal。If I miss this chance，there will always be another。Let go of the desire for fame and success，and keep a peaceful mind。
