例如，软件技能的学习，针对这种快速更新的知识，更是要保持学习，不要求深，但是一定要入门。而很多工作也是如此，哪里要得了那么高深的技术，反而技术广度能解决更多遇到的问题？除了个别技术专家的岗位，大多数面试不过是内卷而已。所以产生了面试造火箭，入职拧螺丝的现状。
